Web application development

from $4,000 Β· launch from 1.5 months Β· 20+ services and web apps

A web application takes over the daily work of your business: handling requests, managing clients, calculations, and access. It eliminates routine manual work and lets you run everything from one place. We build the logic around your process.

We develop client portals, custom CRM, admin panels, automation services, and internal systems. Laravel on the backend, Vue or React on the frontend. We take on both a lean MVP to test an idea quickly and a full SaaS platform with payments, plans, and many users.

We design the architecture with headroom for load, so the application stays stable as your audience and data grow. New modules and integrations are added without rewriting the whole project. Once the app is live, we can take on its support and development: monitoring, updates and new features.

Web applications for management, accounting, and automation

Web applications for management, accounting, and automation

Development built around your business processes

We build the system around your own rules: deal stages and statuses, approvals, and reporting the way you actually need it. The more complex and non-standard the process, the more your business gains from a dedicated app instead of a dozen manual spreadsheets. Below are the areas we cover most often.

Client portals, user accounts

Portals for clients, contractors, and employees with authentication, roles, and personal data. Order management, documents, subscriptions, and interaction history in a single interface.

CRM, accounting, analytics

Custom CRM systems, analytics dashboards, task management, and accounting tools. We design the application around your workflows, which off-the-shelf solutions cannot do.

Process automation

Automation of routine processes: request handling, document generation, notifications, calculations. For example, the application generates invoices on its own and sends clients payment reminders.

Architecture, security, scalability

Data protection, access control, and resilience to peak loads are built in from the start. We connect external services via API so the app stays the single hub of your work and your data stays under control.

    Frequently asked questions

Timelines depend on the project complexity. An MVP with core features can launch in as little as 1.5 months. A standard web app with a user dashboard, roles and integrations takes at least 3 months. A business portal with integrations and custom logic takes from 4 months, a complex platform or SaaS from 6 months. Exact timelines are set out in the contract once the technical specification is approved.

The price depends on the scope of functionality, business logic complexity and the number of integrations. Interface design is quoted separately. We calculate the cost based on the technical specification with an hourly estimate for each stage and set it out in the contract.

When approvals, stock, calculations and client documents are handled by hand in spreadsheets and messaging apps after a request comes in. If your existing site lacks just one feature, such as a customer account or a calculator, it costs less to extend the site through custom development. We explain how to tell these cases apart in our article on when a business needs a web app instead of a website.

We develop using PHP and JavaScript with the Laravel framework on the backend. For the frontend we use Vue.js or React depending on the project requirements. Laravel provides queues, database migrations and authorization tools out of the box, so the standard parts of a system do not need to be written from scratch and more time goes into your business logic.

Yes. We connect any external services via API: CRM, ERP, payment systems, email services, analytics systems. If the service has API documentation, integration is possible.

We rely on Laravel’s built-in protection. Database queries use parameter binding against SQL injection, templates escape output against XSS, and forms carry a CSRF token. We also configure access rights for your roles and encrypt sensitive data. HTTPS is enabled on the server at launch.

Yes. We add new features on top of the existing architecture. Improvements are covered by the hours of your support plan, and new modules are quoted separately.

Companies that need to automate business processes, create an internal management system, launch an online service or a client portal.

Yes. After the project is completed and fully paid for, we hand over all source code, server access and documentation. The project fully belongs to you.

The first 12 months after launch are covered by a warranty, and technical errors in our work are fixed at no charge. After that the project runs on a plan from $400 per month, or on one-off work billed hourly. With a plan we monitor performance, fix failures and update functionality. We match the format to the scale of the project, and the terms and scope are described on the project support and development page.

Order web application development from Amidcode

We have been developing web applications for businesses since 2012. We build management systems, client portals, automation services, and internal tools for teams. Clients’ internal systems are often covered by an NDA, so they are not in our public portfolio.

Every project starts with studying business objectives, workflows, and functional requirements. Based on this, we design the database structure, plan user scenarios, and prepare a detailed technical specification. This approach takes more time at the start but saves resources during development and after launch.

    The systems we build

    • Client and partner portals. Orders, documents, statuses and limits in one place, with roles and a history of actions. It replaces chat threads and spreadsheets kept by hand.
    • Order and stock management systems. Requests, warehouse, prices and calculations in one system, exchanging data with your accounting software and your store.
    • Internal portals and process automation. Staff requests, approvals, reference data and reports. It removes the manual steps that get repeated every day.
    • An integration layer inside the system. The application exchanges data with your accounting software, payments and logistics, so nobody re-enters it by hand. If you only need to connect an existing website to your accounting system, that is a separate module under custom development.

    What web application development includes

    • Architecture design. For projects with dynamic interfaces and frequent data updates, we use a single-page application (SPA) architecture. For applications where fast initial loading and indexing matter, we apply server-side rendering. We select the architecture that best fits the specific use case.
    • External service integration. Payment systems, accounting software, inventory management, email services, messaging apps, telephony. We set up data exchange via API so that the application integrates into the company’s existing infrastructure.
    • Non-standard features. We build what off-the-shelf tools do not offer, shaped around the needs of your business. Calculators, document generators, notification systems, complex filtering and search, report exports.
    • Testing and launch. We check that everything works across different devices and browsers, test forms, authentication scenarios, data loading, and interface rendering. We also train your team to use the admin panel.
    • Handover and warranty. We hand over the code, the access details and the documentation. For the first 12 months after launch we fix technical faults in our own work free of charge. Beyond that, maintenance and further development run under the support service.

What the development price does not cover

    • Server rental, hosting and backup storage. These are paid to the provider directly, and we help you choose a configuration that matches your application load. We can also take the server itself on for setup and administration.
    • Licenses and subscriptions for third-party services. Payment gateways, email delivery, SMS, maps and file storage used by the application, for example.
    • Filling the application with your data. Bulk migration of catalogs and databases from other systems is priced by volume once we have seen the source.
    • Interface design. Layouts are quoted separately from development, and the volume depends on how many pages there are and how complex each one is. A plain screen costs less than a page with tables, charts and forms.
    • SEO, advertising and regular maintenance. Each has its own pricing (see support, SEO and Google Ads).

    Why clients choose Amidcode

    • Full development cycle. We run the project from task analysis and design through to launch, and after that under the support service. One team handles every stage, so you do not need to coordinate multiple contractors.
    • Fixed budget and timeline. We agree the cost and schedule before development starts, based on the technical specification. All changes are agreed in advance.
    • Transparent process. Access to the working environment at every stage. You see intermediate results, can make edits, and track development progress.
    • Experience across industries. We have worked on projects in logistics, education, healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and services.

Describe your task, and we will propose the architecture, timeline and cost.
