    Yes. All the code we write belongs to you. We hand over the source code, documentation and instructions for using the new features.

    Yes. Our part of the work carries a 12-month warranty from launch, and we fix technical faults in our own code at no charge. The warranty does not cover changes to external service APIs, or updates and edits made by you or other contractors. After that the project can move to website support, where we update functionality and adapt it to CMS or external service changes. One-off fixes are billed hourly, and a monthly plan includes a set number of hours.

    We have been doing custom development since 2012. We build what off-the-shelf solutions do not cover, namely custom modules, integrations with third-party services, and automation of routine operations.

    Every project starts with task analysis. We study what functionality is needed, how it should work, and which services it needs to interact with. After that, we suggest the simplest working option: extend what exists or build a separate module. If the task can be solved by enhancing an existing website, we don’t suggest building everything from scratch. If a ready-made CMS can’t handle it, we will tell you whether a separate web application makes more sense.

    • Ready-made plugins do not cover the task. Non-standard calculators, complex filters, custom forms, special checkout or customer account logic.
