Search engine optimization
audit from $200 Β· management from $400/mo Β· minimum 3 months
A site can be built well and still bring in no leads, simply because search does not show it. SEO puts your pages in front of people who are already searching for what you sell, at the moment they are looking for it.
We start with a technical audit, gather keywords and group the similar ones, build the structure of landing pages, rewrite meta tags and copy, and add Schema.org markup.
We optimize sites built on WordPress, WooCommerce, OpenCart, Laravel, and custom PHP. We connect Search Console and Google Analytics 4, and show the work done in a monthly report. We make the code fixes ourselves, within the hours of the monthly plan. While organic traffic builds up, you can bring visitors in through Google Ads management.
SEO services from technical audit to traffic from search
When the site exists but search brings no leads
Clients come to us for SEO in different situations. The site has just been built and search does not show it at all; traffic was there and dropped after the structure changed; leads come only from ads, and each new one costs more; people find you by company name but not by the products and services you sell.
We take a first look at demand in your niche before any payment, during the first conversation. If there are almost no queries in the niche, we say so straight away and do not sell an audit.

Reviews from our clients
How much does search engine optimization cost?
- Before you pay, we check whether there is search demand in your niche
- At the end of each month you get a report on the work done and a plan for the next one
- We make the edits on the site ourselves within the hours of the monthly plan
The initial audit can be ordered on its own, and when we take the project on for monthly work it is included in the price. The exact figure is calculated for your project.

Questions and answers
The first changes take a few months to show. In our experience, rankings for long-tail queries start moving in the second or third month, noticeable growth in search traffic comes in the third to sixth month, and results stabilize closer to the one-year mark. In competitive niches it takes longer, and we say so at the start.
The price depends on the state of the site, the number of pages, and the competition in the niche. The initial audit with a work plan costs from $200, monthly management from $400. If we take the project on for monthly work right after the audit, the audit is included in that price. The cost is agreed on and put in writing in the contract before the work starts.
Technical fixes from the audit list within the plan’s hours, work on keywords and structure, meta tags, new and reworked copy within the agreed monthly volume, internal linking, external placements, and ranking checks. At the end of the month you get a report on the work done and the plan for the next one.
The budget for external placements is calculated separately and agreed in advance. Copy and new pages beyond the planned volume, large technical tasks, and page redesign are also quoted separately, and new functionality is built under our custom web development service.
Rankings are decided by the search engine, so any promise of a specific position should be treated with caution, whoever the contractor is. We put the scope and deadlines in writing in the contract, show every task in the report, and answer for what is within our control.
SEO makes no sense when there is almost no search demand. That means a new product nobody knows about yet, or a narrow service with a dozen queries a month. Single-page sites and closed website builders with no access to technical settings also perform poorly. SEO does not replace paid traffic at the start, and it does not compensate for a price that is too high if that is why buyers leave.
We make the changes ourselves, within the hours of the monthly plan. If your own developer maintains the site, we work alongside them and hand over tasks as a list with explanations. Regular updates and day-to-day care of the project are covered by website support.
There is no reason to pause. While organic traffic gains ground, you can keep bringing traffic in through paid campaigns. The ad budget and campaign management are paid separately, under Google Ads management. The search terms report from Google Ads shows the words people actually use to look for your product, and we feed that data into the site’s keyword list.
Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and access to the site’s admin panel. For technical fixes we will need access to the hosting or the server. If Search Console or Google Analytics 4 is not connected yet, we set it up ourselves and give you owner access.
Rankings do not drop overnight. In our experience, pages that already rank hold their rankings for a few more months, but competitors keep working, so visibility gradually slips. What was done on the site stays yours. The copy, the structure and the technical fixes remain in place.
We work for at least three months, and it is worth planning the budget for six to twelve months. Changes need that long to build up. If there is no movement after six months, we show you why and tell you frankly whether it makes sense to continue.
